We will not be accepting food & drink vendors for this event.

What does 4theculture mean to us?

The idea behind 4theculture is that we would provide a platform in every city we reach for local vendors to be able to showcase and sell their products. In doing so, these vendors would give customers a glimpse of what the creative culture is like in their city. 

(Vendor spaces size vary based upon location.)

What we look for with each event :

  • NON-FOOD VENDORS

  • FOOD VENDORS

  • SPONSORS

  • PERFORMERS

  • VOLUNTEERS

Here are some details NON-FOOD VENDORS should know:

  • We provide these things for you: Vendor space, a unique shopping experience, refreshments, and live music.

  • Please provide your table, chair, and any other display item you may need for your setup.

  • Please be sure to arrive 30-45 min before the event begins to set up.

  • We look for all kinds of vendors: Clothing, accessories, shoes, jewelry, pottery, paintings, music, dance, etc.

Here's some things FOOD VENDORS should know:

  • We provide these things for you: Vendor space, refreshments, an opportunity to share a 1 min. announcement to your customers, and music.

  • Please provide your table, chair, and any other display item you may need for your setup.

  • Please be prepared to share proper certification.

  • Please specify whether you will be selling packaged food or not.

  • Please be sure to arrive 30-45 min before the event begins to set up.

Here's some things SPONSORS should know:

  • Please email 4theculturehtx@gmail.com if you are interested in being a sponsor for one of our events.

Here are a few details we would like for PERFORMERS to know: 

  • Equipment will be provided for that date will be: 1 mic, mixer, and speakers. If you will need anything else for your event, please provide those items for your set.

  • Please be sure to arrive 30-45 min before your set.

  • Slot times are a maximum of 20 minutes, so feel free to use all or some of the time given.

  • You may have additional performers during your performance. There is a fee for additional performers, as well.

  • If you would like to sell merch as well, you our performers' merch fee is $20.

  • No profanity is allowed during set.

  • Please refrain from bringing any harmful materials onto the premises (fireworks, guns, etc.) Bringing any of these will result in being escorted off the property.

  • Outside alcohol, drugs, and paraphernalia not allowed on premises.

  • Please be sure to stay within the timeframe allotted (20 min). You may use less, but not more than that amount of time. Every 10 minutes that you have gone over your set will result in an overage fee.

  • Please have all music, instruments, and equipment ready for start of set.

  • If you have a track/s to play and need for someone to play them for you, please let us know during setup time (prior to beginning of your set).

Here's some things VOLUNTEERS should know:

  • Please be sure to fill out interest form if you are interested in being a volunteer at any of our upcoming events.

We have previously had events in Austin, Dallas, Houston Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Jose.
